“ We’ve been here once before but didn’t get a chance to post a review. Well, we were craving Mexican food, and they definitely hit the spot. We went late, about an hour before closing, but the service was fast and efficient, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back. ”

“ El Molcajete is always our family’s go-to local Mexican restaurant! My son loves the burritos, Hawaiian chicken, and taquitos, just to name a few. Their Corona margaritas are top notch, too. Our favorite server is Rosie; we always ask to sit in her section because she takes such great care of us. We had to stop in, like we do every year, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with her. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere...highly recommend! ”

Pretty good overall Update: went back today 6/26/2023 ordered a steak fajitas and a chicken fajitas. Both were tasteless, not marinated at all, just a piece of meat cooked. I was so disappointed. Their salsa is very good though and staff is very nice. Update my review to 2 stars on the food. ”
“ The service was friendly. The restaurant seems clean. Don't be afraid to wave someone down. All the servers are willing to help you out. I ordered a Strawberry Margarita dipped in sugar. It came in a clean, chilled, bowl type of glass. The alcohol content was just right - not too weak and not too strong. Price of Margarita (including 20 percent tip) was the acceptable. Two-thirds of their seating are comfortable, cushioned booths. The other third of their seating are tables and chairs. Handicapped parking, handicapped seating and handicapped accessible restrooms are available upon request. The hostess and servers spoke english and spanish fluently and it was easy to understand. If I lived near one of these restaurants, I would return here in the future. ”
“ An enjoyable experience. Service was great. Our food was delivered quickly and was delicious. We used to eat at the original El Molcajete in Duncan, SC so this was somewhat nostalgic. We recommend you visit and enjoy for yourself. ”
“ EXCELLENT FRESH FOOD FUN ATMOSPHERE This place is ALWAYS great! I've been coming to this place for years and I've NEVER been disappointed. There was a robot this time to deliver the food. The robot was so cool. It had a happy face and played music and had lights. ”
“ Very enjoyable Mexican restaurant! Went on a Monday evening and it was crowded (Cinco De Mayo). The atmosphere was Mexican all the way! They even had live music with a guitarist playing popular music. I recommend any of the four burrito bowls because I don't like the mess of tacos. Food was very good, service was friendly and fast. The chips they brought out were multi-colored, never seen that, a cool little touch. I had the best Margarita ever, strawberry ice with salt around the rim. Finally, they have a robot bring your order out, guided by a server. It seemed out of place in a Mexican restaurant, but pretty cool nonetheless. Prices were pretty affordable too. ”
